The Expert Symposium: High-Risk Area of Injection July 25, 2026 · The Peninsula Hotel · Beverly Hills, CA

There are zones on the face most providers never touch. The Expert Symposium is built around mastering exactly those zones—the anatomy, the technique, and the complication management that separates confident providers from cautious ones.

This is a full-day, hands-on cadaveric course held at The Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills. Attendees perform guided injections across all three facial thirds — upper, midface, and lower — then dissect immediately to visualize product placement, vascular proximity, and tissue plane accuracy in real time. No simulation. No models. The real anatomy, under direct faculty supervision.

In addition to the cadaveric lab, faculty perform live injection demonstrations on live patients — including eyelid toxin, full-face neuromodulation, and high-risk filler zones — with real-time narration of every clinical decision.

The curriculum covers six high-risk zones in full: pyriform aperture, tear trough, glabella, nasal dorsum, temporal region, and jawline. Each zone is taught by a faculty member who specializes in it. Complication management is not an afterthought—occlusion, migration, nodules, necrosis, and blindness protocols are covered with correction plans, including live ultrasound-guided dissolution techniques.

This full-day educational experience will consist of both cadaver injection & dissection, followed by live-model hands-on injection, allowing you to bridge your anatomical review to your everyday technique.

Dr. Saadat will begin by reviewing the cadaver anatomy in an intimate group setting in which every attendee will have the opportunity to inject and dissect down on the specimen to see the anatomical planes of integration and become familiar with the feedback of the anatomy to their needle and/or cannula.

The AM Anatomy portion will then be coupled with an afternoon full of hands-on application to live models, as Dr. Saadat guides you through each area and technique, helping solidify and bridge your understanding of the anatomy that your needles and cannulas feel but eyes cannot see.
